Prior to real estate.  I had a successful 18 year career in corporate marketing, creating and executing strategic marketing and research plans for national and local companies resulting in significant increases in profit and volume.  

Education

Graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University with a BS in Marketing, 1987.

How I work - The Exception to the Rule

The Exception to the Rule.  What does this mean? I was told early on by a client that “I’m the exception to the rule.”  Since then it has been a constant comment from my clients and even contractors.   They say you’re not like most agents/realtors.  I consider that the highest compliment and I don’t take it for granted.  I think it’s just the right way to do business and I’ve never considered it out of the ordinary.  

So it means, taking a proactive approach to the real estate process to help make what can be a complicated process smoother, easier and less overwhelming. Because life is complicated enough. 

It means providing you with accurate information, answers, insight, and guidance in a world where information is in the palm of your hand and DIY is a way of life. Buying and selling a home is one of the most important life decisions you’ll make, don’t you want a trusted advisor representing your best interest? 

And it means “going above and beyond” as the rule, not the exception.
